My only reason for not giving them 5 stars was they under estimated the size of trucks or number of trucks needed to get me loaded and it caused a delay in getting us moved out. They had to run back with a fully loaded 24' truck to their facility and pick up another and by the time they got back they were caught in a major thunderstorm and some of our bedding did get wet. They did offer me mattress protection much earlier in the day and I did decline, but never thought about water as the wrapped each mattress in pads before loading them in to the trucks.

They also put forth the best effort to repair any damages and paid for a service company to repair a washer that was jolted - and completely fixable - during the move. Highly recommend our team!
